At Grocerya, we understand that plans can change. That’s why our cancellation policy is designed to be simple, transparent, and customer-friendly — ensuring a smooth shopping experience for everyone.

Order Cancellation Eligibility

You may request to cancel your order if:

  • The order has not yet been processed or dispatched
  • The ordered product becomes unavailable or out of stock
  • There is an issue with payment confirmation

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled. In such cases, our Return & Exchange Policy will apply.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please contact our support team through any of the following channels:

For faster support, kindly provide your Order ID while submitting the request.

Prepaid Order Cancellation

If your prepaid order qualifies for cancellation:

  • A full refund will be issued
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method
    (bKash, Nagad, Visa/MasterCard, or other available payment gateways)

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch.

However, repeated last-minute cancellations may impact future COD eligibility in order to maintain smooth service quality for all customers.

Pre-Order Products

Pre-order items are specially arranged and may require advance payment.

Pre-orders can only be cancelled before supplier confirmation. Once the item is confirmed or shipped from the supplier, cancellation will no longer be possible unless:

  • The product becomes unavailable
  • There is an unusual delivery delay

Grocerya’s Right to Cancel Orders

Grocerya reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • Product unavailability
  • Failed payment verification
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • Incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable delivery address

In such cases, eligible customers will receive a full refund where applicable.
